Recipes: Avocado Egg Salad

So I am not a very good food photographer...



I have only recently discovered that I eat eggs. They are still not my favorite part of the food group, mainly because I have no idea what category they fall in (dairy? meat?).

Here is what you do:

Boil 4 eggs.
Dice an avocado.
Peel and mash the eggs.
Mash the avocado.
Add salt and pepper.
Bring on the garlic powder.
This is important, it makes it "pop". Trust me.
**edited** I forgot to put mayonnaise!!!
I have no idea how much I put in there, enough to make it creamy.
Mash and stir.
Refrigerate.
Take it for lunch the next day.
Warm up tortillas, spread, eat.
I suppose some buttery crackers would work, but those are the store.
I am not at the store.
