Recipes: Chicken Tortilla Wraps

These are nom in the belly.

What I did:

I bought a Rotisserie chicken. Heated it up for one minute. Shredded it. With my hands. Gross.
Gave the leftovers to the dog. She seems to be favoring the neighbor.
Added room temperature cream cheese. I diced it, threw the whole block in there.
Added 1/3 a cup of salsa. Next time I will add a bit more.
Added roughly 2 tbl of cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Added 1 1/2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack.
A little salt and pepper.
I then stuck my hands in this concoction and mixed it all up.
Immediately run to the sink yelping that there is food on my hands.

The oven should be preheating at 400 degrees, btw.
Put aluminum foil on a cookie sheet, spray with cooking spray.
Spoon the mixture into tortillas. I am not judging if you use your hands.
Roll them up, place seam down on the pan.
Spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake 10-12 minutes.

I realize my food photographing skills need work.
On an unrelated note, the dog is licking my pants. I am wearing the pants.
Enjoy.
